Use of our services establishes your agreement to the following terms and conditions:
- Please avoid availing of our services if you do not agree to these terms and conditions.
- You agree that you are of legal age to purchase our services listed on this website.
- By submitting your inquiry or paying for our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you are legally bound by these terms and conditions, establishing the agreement between “You” and “Author Inn.”
1.1 DESCRIPTION OF TERMS
“Website” means our domains www.authorinn.com, www.authorinn.co.uk, and www.authorinn.ae, and the content of all these websites and their pages.
“Customer” refers to you and/or any other individual submitting an inquiry/order to Authorinn.com, Authorinn.co.uk and Authorinn.ae.
“Company” refers to www.authorinn.com, a company registered under the laws of the State.
“Product or Services” refers to the services provided by www.authorinn.com to its customers according to their placed order.
“Order” refers to the purchase via the website, phone, chat, or email made by the customer to avail of services provided by www.authorinn.com.
2.1 OUR SERVICES
Read these terms and conditions before you pay against services provided by www.authorinn.com. Please read carefully and understand the returns, refunds, and revision policies, so you have a clear understanding of our limitations and privileges.
2.1.1 RETURNS
Due to the nature of the business and services we provide, we do not accept returns on the product we produce. However, we have a revision policy in place to make the changes in the delivered product.
If the delivered product does not meet the specified order requirements, we have an internal review mechanism that provides the revised delivery of your order at no additional cost.
2.1.2 REVISIONS
Revision policy differs among different services or as described in each package. Revisions may take 5-7 working days. Once the product is ready to be delivered, it goes to the ‘customer approval’ stage. Customers may request a partial or complete revision of the provided product/content at this stage. The request should be made to your assigned ‘project manager.’ The request can be made by creating a ticket on our CRM, via live chat, or by sending an email and phone directly to our customer support. After the final delivery of the product/service, customers are free to make any changes to the product as they own the right to do it.
2.1.3 REFUNDS
Refunds are considered case by case. Your assigned project manager will initiate the refund if we are unable to resolve your issue to the best of our skills and expertise.
Refunds usually take 5-10 days to reflect on the customer’s bank account. A processing fee of $120 or 5% of the order amount, whichever is higher, will be charged in all cases. Our support team will provide approval or disapproval of the refund request. A refund request can only be made through the same payment method used initially to place the order.
We offer refunds only in specified circumstances, detailed as under:
2.1.3.1 CHANGE OF MIND:
- a)Company is liable to pay a 100% refund to the customer if the project is not being initiated. If you change your mind and decide to suspend your project after placing an order, you can ask for a full refund within 24 hours.
- b)All refund claims are made after the project has been initiated and the Client receives at least one round of revision; we may provide a partial refund in this case.
2.1.3.2 INCOMPETENT DELIVERY:
Customers are entitled to claim a refund once they have exhausted all the options and the final product does not fulfill the requirements mentioned in the project brief shared by the customer.
2.1.3.3 LATE DELIVERY:
If we fail to deliver the required service on time, your refund will be processed following documentary evidence showing late delivery was the company’s fault.
2.1.3.4 REFUND TIME FRAME:
Refunds must be appealed within ten days of order delivery subject to no revisions availed. Refunds claimed after ten days will not be entertained.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
- Prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to discontinue providing our services without prior notice. However, a full refund will be provided in this case.
